If you were not able to connect successfully, make sure that:

  • Your NetID password was entered correctly in both places in the account setup.
  • Your network connection is working. (e.g., for Wi-Fi, make sure your PDA is in range of a wireless access point by opening a Web browser.)
  • Your PDA's calendar is set to the correct date. (To correct the date, from your home screen tap on Preferences, then tap on General, then tap on Date & Time and then enter the current date.)
