How to use Thunderbird with GUMail: Sending Attachments

  1. Open the Compose window and create your message (see Sending mail if you need help with this).
  1. To add your attachment, Click on the Attach icon.  (It's the one with the paper clip.)
  1. This will bring up the File to attach window.
  1. Click on the down arrow beside the Look in: box, then click on the folder that holds the file you want to attach.

  1. Find your file in the list, click on it, then click on the Open button.

Note: You can select more than one file at a time by holding down the Ctrl key while you click.
