Note: When you delete a filter, it is gone forever. As an alternative, you may want to modify your filter.

  1. In Thunderbird, select Message Filters from the Tools menu.

  2. In the Message Filters window, select the filter you want to delete, and then click on the Delete button.

  3. Click on the Yes button in the confirmation pop-up window.

  4. Click on the OK button in the Message Filters window.

  5. Click on the X icon in the upper right hand corner of the Message Filters window to close that window.
