HOW TO USE OUTLOOK XP WITH GUMAIL: RUNNING RULES ON STORED MESSAGES

 

You can apply a rule to move, sort, delete, (or otherwise manage) messages you've already received.

Click on Tools, then click on Rules Wizard.

Click on the Run Now button.

Make sure there's a checkmark by the rule you want to run.   Select which folders (or subfolders) you want the rule to look at.   Click on the Run Now button.
