How to Use Microsoft Outlook 2007: Deleting a Rule

 

  1. Select Rules and Alerts from the Tools menu.





  2. Select the rule(s) you want to delete by clicking on the box next to the rule so that a check mark appears.
  3. Click on the Delete button.





  4. Click Yes in the confirmation pop-up window shown below to delete the rule, or click No if you don't want to delete the rule.





  5. Click on the OK button in the Rules and Alerts window.
