A stationery message, also called just stationery, is a predefined template you create in order to avoid repetitive typing, or to give your messages a custom look and feel. You should bear in mind, however, that your recipients must be able to read HTML-formatted mail and that many people prefer not to receive fanciful stationery. You should also be aware that stationery messages are much larger than regular messages. |
