HOW TO USE OUTLOOK 2003 WITH GUMAIL: CREATING A PROFILE FOR E-MAIL

Recommended Use: This profile is recommended for those who want to use MS Outlook 2003 for GU Mail.

Calendar Considerations: This profile can optionally use the Outlook 2003 calendar. If the Outlook 2003 calendar is used with this profile, it cannot attach to the (enterprise) GU Calendar. The profile calendar will be stored on the hard drive of the host computer, and can only be opened from the local pc. This type of calendar can synchronize with a handheld device, but the calendar cannot be shared with another computer.

Preparation: No additional software is needed for this installation. The setup process will take about 5-10 minutes.
