- Click on Tools, then click on Address Book.

- This will bring up the Address Book window.

- Click on the list you want to edit (this will highlight it).
- Then click on the Properties button.

- This will bring up the Properties window.

To remove a person
- Click on the person's name (this will highlight it). Then click on the Remove button.

To add a person who is already in your personal contact list
- Click on the Select Members button. This will bring up the Select Group Members window (see Creating a Mailing Group if you need help filling in this window).

To add a new person to the mailing group |
- Click on the Add New... button.

- Type the person's name and e-mail address.
- Then click on the OK button.
Note: If you also want to add this person to your contact list, click on Add to Contacts. |
