Deleting messages |
| |
- All you have to do to delete a message is click on the message (this will highlight it), then press the Delete key on your keyboard.
Note: If you prefer, you can right-click on the message then click on Delete Message in the menu that comes up, or you can click on the message, then click on the Delete button. |
| |
- Your deleted message will appear crossed out and will change color. (This is equivalent to moving a message to the trash in Netscape.)
|
| |
|

|
| |
|
Note: Instead of moving to the Trash folder, your deleted messages will remain in the same folder. There is no need to move them to the Trash folder. |

| |
- To purge messages, click on Edit, then click on Purge Deleted Messages.
|
Note: This will purge all of the crossed out messages in that folder. |
Note: When a message is purged, it is completely, irrevocably deleted. |
