Displaying icons

  1. If you don't see icons at the top of your mail screen, click on the grey, rectangular button in the upper right-hand corner of the panel.
  1. This will make the icons appear.

 

Sorting by columns

  1. To sort your messages by columns (such as sorting alphabetically by sender or sorting by date), click on the column heading.

Note: Clicking on the heading will toggle back and forth between ascending or descending.

 

Viewing more columns

You can see more information about your messages (e.g., status, size, flags, etc.) by viewing more columns.

  1. To open another column, click on the button that appears to the right of your last visible column.
  1. This will bring up a list; click on the heading for which you want to create a column.

Opening your folders

  1. To the left on the main mail panel, you will see a second panel that lists all of your folders.
  1. Click on the folder you want to look at.

Note: If your folder contains subfolders, click on the little plus sign to display them.

Note: If you don't see a list of folders, click on the right arrows that appear on the left-hand border of your mail window icon.
