Sorting by columns

  1. To sort your messages by columns (such as sorting alphabetically by sender or sorting by date), click on the arrow beside the column heading.

Note: Clicking on the arrow will toggle back and forth between ascending or descending.

Displaying columns

You can decide which columns you want to see in your mailbox. This gives you greater flexibility when it comes to finding and sorting your messages. Since you have only a limited amount of space in your account, the Size column is a useful one.

  1. Click on View, then click on Columns.

  1. Click on the columns you want to see. (The ones with checkmarks will appear in your mailbox.)

Opening your folders

  1. To the right on the main mail panel, you will see a second panel that lists all of your folders.

  1. Click on the Folder you want to look at.

Note: If your folder contains subfolders, click on the little gray triangle to display them.

Adjusting panel size

You can adjust the size of the panels (and columns) by dragging their borders.

Choosing icons

You can choose which icons (buttons) are shown.

  1. Click on View, then click on Customize Toolbar.
  1. Click on the icon you want, and drag it to your toolbar. (To remove a button from your toolbar, just drag it to the panel.)
