You can save your mail on the GUMail IMAP server, or you can save your mail locally (see
Understanding Local Mail if you want to learn more about this). |

Your local mail folders are under On My Mac; folders for mail stored on the GUMail server appear under @imap.georgetown.edu. |

Creating Folders |
- Click on Mailbox at the top of the screen, then Click on New Mailbox.

- This will bring up the New Mailbox panel.
|
|
- Beside Location, Click on the up/down arrows and choose if this will be a local folder, or if you want it to be on the server.
- Give your mailbox a name, then Click on the OK button.

Moving Messages |
- To move a message from one mailbox to another, just Click on the message and Drag it to wherever you want it to go.
