  1. If you don't see icons at the top of your mail screen, Click on the oval button in the upper right-hand corner of the panel.

This will make the icons appear.

What do the symbols mean?

Sorting by columns

  1. To sort your messages by columns (such as sorting alphabetically by sender or sorting by date), Click on the arrow beside the column heading.

Note: Clicking on the arrow will toggle back and forth between ascending or descending.

Opening your folders

  1. To the right on the main mail panel, you will see a second panel that lists all of your folders.
  1. Click on the Folder you want to look at.

Note: If your folder contains subfolders, click on the little gray triangle to display them.

Note: If you don't see a list of folders, Click on the Mailboxes icon.
