Creating signatures |
- Start Entourage X, click on Tools (at the top of the screen), then click on Signatures.

- This will bring up the Signatures panel.
|
|
- Click on the New button.
|

- This will bring up panel in which to create your signature.
|
|
- Beside Name:, type a good, descriptive name for your signature.
- n the box beneath Name:, type your signature as you would like it to appear in your messages.

- When you have your signature the way you want it, click on the Close button.
|
|
- You'll be asked if you want to save your changes. Click on the Save button.
|

Adding signatures to individual outgoing messages |
- Open a new Message Composition panel and click on the Signature button. Then click on the signature you want use.
- If you don't want to include a signature, click on None.

Automatically adding signatures to all outgoing messages |
- Click on Tools, then click on Accounts.
|
|
- Click on GUMail (this will highlight it), then click on the Edit button.
|

|
- This will bring up the Edit Account panel.
|
|
- Click on the Options tab.
- Beside Default signature:, click on the up/down arrow.
- Then click on the signature you want to use on all outgoing messages.

- Click on the OK button to save your changes, then close the Accounts panel.
