Creating signatures

  1. Start Entourage X, click on Tools (at the top of the screen), then click on Signatures.
  1. This will bring up the Signatures panel.
  1. Click on the New button.
  1. This will bring up panel in which to create your signature.
  1. Beside Name:, type a good, descriptive name for your signature.

 

  1. n the box beneath Name:, type your signature as you would like it to appear in your messages.
  1. When you have your signature the way you want it, click on the Close button.
  1. You'll be asked if you want to save your changes. Click on the Save button.

Adding signatures to individual outgoing messages

  1. Open a new Message Composition panel and click on the Signature button. Then click on the signature you want use.

 

  1. If you don't want to include a signature, click on None.

Automatically adding signatures to all outgoing messages

  1. Click on Tools, then click on Accounts.
  1. Click on GUMail (this will highlight it), then click on the Edit button.
  1. This will bring up the Edit Account panel.
  1. Click on the Options tab.

 

  1. Beside Default signature:, click on the up/down arrow.

 

  1. Then click on the signature you want to use on all outgoing messages.
  1. Click on the OK button to save your changes, then close the Accounts panel.
