- Start Entourage X, then click on the Address Book icon.
- When the Address Book panel comes up, click on the New button.

- This will bring up a New Group panel.

- Give your group a name, then click on the Add button.
|
|
- Type the e-mail address of someone you want to add to your group, then click on the Add button (or press the return key on your keyboard). Continue until you've added all your group members.

Note: If a person has an entry in the Georgetown Directory, or in your personal address book, you can drag that entry to into the New Group panel (instead of typing the person's e-mail address). |

- To remove a person, simply click on the entry to highlight it, then click on the Remove button.
|
|
- When you have added all your group members, you can close the Group panel.
|
|
- To send e-mail to your group, open a new composition panel and type the name of your group in the To: field.
