While in Entourage X, you can find out what most buttons do just by moving your cursor over them. This will cause a little explanatory box to pop up.
In this example, we see that the button is for replying to a message. |

Sorting by columns |

To sort your messages by columns (such as sorting alphabetically by sender or sorting by date), click on the arrow beside the column heading. |

Note: Clicking on the arrow will toggle back and forth between ascending or descending. |

Opening your folders |
- To the left of the main mail panel, you will see a panel that lists all of your folders.
- Click on the Folder you want to look at.

Note: If your folder contains subfolders, click on the little gray triangle to display them. |
