How to use Entourage X with GUMail: Finding People in the Directory

  1. Start Entourage X, click on Tools (at the top of the screen), then click on Directory Services.

  1. Under Folder List, click on GU Directory.
  1. Beside Search for name, type the name of the person you are looking for (entering both first and last name works best).
  1. Click on the Find button.
  1. If more than one person has the name you searched for, you'll be given a list to choose from. click on the person you're trying to find; that person's information will be displayed in the panel below.
