Raghu Pemmaraju, Sr. Manager, Systems Management, oversees the servers managed by University Information Services (UIS). These servers run many of Georgetown's major applications such as the Student Information System, Human Resources System, Access+, the University Web System, Blackboard, Data Warehouse, and Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS).

Raghu has been a key player in implementing numerous Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (PeopleSoft Admissions, Financials, and Grants Management), an enterprise (university-wide) identity management system, integrated directory services, Blackboard (Georgetown's course management system), the One Card environment, the Disaster Recovery program, and the University's Data Warehouse. Raghu has also been a critical member of a cross- functional team that built Hoyasonline, Georgetown's online alumni community; the team received the Exemplary Practices in Information Technology Solutions award from EDUCAUSE in 2000.

Raghu has an M.S. in Information Systems from George Washington University, a Bachelor's in Business from University of Delhi India, and a Professional Manager Certificate from Georgetown University. He has worked at the University for 10 years.
