Hoyamail: Bookmarking Login Page Causes Problems

UIS has found that anyone who bookmarks the Hoyamail login page will not be able to get into Hoyamail on subsequent attempts. (You may receive the error message Invalid IdP (HTTP 404).)

This is because the URL of the bookmark created to the login page is unique to that Hoyamail session and will not work the next time you try to log in. 

If you already have a bookmark created, display the properties of the bookmark, and change the location to be “http://www.hoyamail.georgetown.edu.”

Otherwise, the easiest way to create a bookmark for Hoyamail is to go to www.hoyamail.georgetown.edu, log in, and then follow your normal process for creating a new bookmark in your browser.
