You can check your online calendar from off campus using a desktop client (GUCalendar) or with a Web-based client (GUWebCalendar). If you want to use the desktop client, you will have to install it and set it up. If you don't want to set up the desktop client, you can still get to your GUCalendar account by using the Web-based client. |

- Make sure your GUCalendar account is activated.
|
|
- Make sure your client is installed and set up correctly.
|
|
- Connect to your Internet using your service provider.
|
|
- Open GUCalendar and start using it (just as you would on campus).

Using the Web-Based Client (GUWebCalendar) |

- Make sure your GUCalendar account is activated.
|
|
- Connect to the Internet using your service provider.
|
|
- Open your Web browser.
Note: You can use Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari, but whatever browser you use must support Secure Socket Layers (SSL) and must have Javascript enabled. |

- Go to the GUWebCalendar page and log in with your NetID and password.
