Setting up and using GUExpress on Mac OS X

Part II: Connecting to Georgetown

If you are not using Mac OS X, use the buttons on the left to choose the operating system you are using.

Once you have configured your system and connected to Georgetown, you can Launch Netscape Communicator and access your GUMail account just as you would from your office computer. While using GUExpress, you may sometimes find it convenient to work offline.

Connecting to Georgetown University with Max OS X

  1. After following the directions above, Click on Go (at the top of your screen), then Click on Applications.
  1. In the Applications folder, Click on the Internet Connect icon.
  1. This will bring up the connection screen.
  1. Make sure the GUExpress phone number (202-333-5609) is selected.
  1. Beside Password, Type your NetID password.
  1. Click on the Connect button.
