From the "Download Center" page, click Download under Zoom Client for Meetings.
In the "Save As" dialog box, save the installer file, ZoomInstaller.exe, to your Windows Desktop.
From Windows Explorer, or from your Desktop, double-click on the installer file.
Click Run in the "Open File" pop-up window.
The install process starts.
In the following window, click Join a Meeting.
In the next window, enter the Meeting ID (you can get this number from your invitation e-mail) and Your Name (you can either leave the default or enter another display name for the meeting). (Note: In the example below, "123456789" is entered as the Meeting ID, and "jhoya123" is entered as the name.) Click Join when you're done.
The following window might appear while you're waiting to join the meeting:
After a few moments, you'll be connected to the meeting.
