- Click on Tools; this will bring up a menu.
- Click on Options.

- This will bring up the Options window.

- On the left-hand side, click on the plus sign (+) beside Agenda, then click on Display.

- You will notice little boxes beside Refused Meetings and Unconfirmed Meetings.
- When the boxes are blank, Refused Meetings and Unconfirmed Meetings will not be displayed.
- When the boxes have checkmarks, Refused Meetings and Unconfirmed Meetings will be displayed.

- Click on the boxes to add or remove checkmarks.

- Other features you can choose to display (or not display) are:
- The current time
- Start and end times
- Titles
- Locations
- Details
- Icons

- When you have made all your changes, click on the OK button.
