How to use Oracle Calendar: Displaying Refused/Unconfirmed Meetings & Meeting Information

 
  1. Click on Tools; this will bring up a menu.

 

  1. Click on Options.
 
  1. This will bring up the Options window.
 
  1. On the left-hand side, click on the plus sign (+) beside Agenda, then click on Display.
 
  1. You will notice little boxes beside Refused Meetings and Unconfirmed Meetings.
  • When the boxes are blank, Refused Meetings and Unconfirmed Meetings will not be displayed.
  • When the boxes have checkmarks, Refused Meetings and Unconfirmed Meetings will be displayed.
 
  1. Click on the boxes to add or remove checkmarks.
 
  1. Other features you can choose to display (or not display) are:
  • The current time
  • Start and end times
  • Titles
  • Locations
  • Details
  • Icons
 
  1. When you have made all your changes, click on the OK button.
