How to use Oracle Calendar: Customizing Colors

 
  1. Click on Tools; this will bring up a menu.

 

  1. Click on Options.
  1. This will bring up the Options window.
 
  1. On the left-hand side, click on the plus sign (+) beside Agenda, then click on Colors.
  1. Click on the down arrow beside Color Meetings By and select a color-coding method. You can choose between Importance Level, Attendance Status, and Ownership (of a meeting).
 
  1. If you want to customize your colors, click on the color you want to change. This will bring up a color palette.
 
  1. You can choose one of the colors available, or click on Define Custom Colors to create your own.

 

  1. When you've made you choice, click on the OK button. This will take you back to the Options window.
  1. When you have made all your changes, click on the OK button.
