How to use Oracle Calendar: Looking at Someone Else's Agenda

  1. Sign into your GUCalendar account (see Signing in with Oracle).

  1. Click on the View Agendas button on the toolbar. This will bring up the Open Agenda window.

  1. In the box beside the magnifying glass, type the person's last name.

Note: If you don't know how to spell the whole name, you can type just the first few letters of the last name.

  1. Then click on the OK button.

  1. If there's only one GUCalendar user with that last name, the person's agenda will open up automatically; otherwise, this will bring up a list of people who share that last name (or names that start with those letters).

Note: Now and then, you'll probably come across common names (e.g., Daniel Cohen) that are shared by more than one person. To tell these people apart, you can set your preferences to show people's departments (see Displaying departments).

  1. Click on the name you want (this will highlight it).

  1. Click on the OK button.

Note: If you're having trouble finding someone (and you're sure the person's a GUCalendar user, see Looking people up in the directory for more tips).

  1. The person's agenda will come up. What you can see in the person's agenda depends on what viewing rights the owner has set.
