How to use Oracle Calendar: Creating Meetings -- Linking Tasks

Use this feature to create a task that must be completed for your meeting.

  1. Open a New Meeting window open and fill in the general information (see Entering the general information if you need help with this).

  1. Click on Advanced, then click on Linked Tasks.

  1. Click on the New button. This will bring up a New Task window (see Entering the general information if you need help filling this in).

  1. If you want to change the options (e.g., importance or access level), create a repeating meeting, include details (i.e., a short description), or set reminders for your meeting, click on the appropriate tab or button. (See the appropriate instructions for help filling in that tab.)

If you don't want to do any of these things, click on the OK button at the bottom of the window to create your meeting.
