What is the purpose of the In-tray? The In-Tray provides a quick view to see all of the changes to your calendar since the last time you logged in. The In-Tray also organizes your appointments by what you have accepted or refused, instead of chronological order. Some people like the In-tray, others never open it.

Using the In-tray |
| |
- When you open GUCalendar, the first thing you'll see is your In-tray.

| |
- The In-tray lets you see what new entries have come into your calendar, which entries you've accepted, which entries you've sent out, and which entries you've refused.
- Click on a folder for a quick update in each of the categories: New, Accepted, Sent, or Refused.
- You can double-click on any entry to find out more about it.
- If you want to accept or refuse a new entry, simply click on it and dag it to Entries you've accepted or Entries you've refused.
- Once you have checked your In-tray you can close it (or minimize it) to view your agenda.
