- Click on Tools, this will bring up a menu.
- Click on Manage Groups.

- This will bring up the Manage Groups window.

- Click on the New button.

- The New Group window will come up.

- Beside Group name, type a name for your group.
- Click on the little down arrow beside Group Type and choose the type of group you want to create.
Private groups can only be used or edited by their creator.
Members-only groups can be used or edited by their members.
- Beside Add member, type the last name of a person you want to include in your group. Then click on the Green Checkmark button (or press the Enter key on your keyboard).
Note: If you don't know how to spell the person's last name, you can type just the first few letters of the name. |

This will bring up a list of the first 100 GUCalendar users whose names begin with these letters. |

Use the up and down arrows to scroll through the list until you find the person you want to invite.

Click on the person's name to highlight it. Then click on the OK button. |

Note: Now and then, you'll probably come across common names (e.g., Daniel Cohen) that are shared by more than one person.

To tell these people apart, you can set your preferences to show people's departments (see Setting your Preferences in CorporateTime, step 6). |

- Continue this process to add all the people you want to include in your group.
- When you are done, click on the OK button.

- This will take you back to the Manage Groups window.

- You should now see your new group in the list.
- Click on the OK button.
