- Sign in to your account (See Signing-in, Signing-in as a Resource, or Opening an Agenda as a Designate if you need instructions.)
|
| |

- In the submenu that comes up, click on Access Rights.
|
 | |
| |
- Click on Default: Any Unlisted Person.
|
 | |
| |
- Click on the Viewing tab.
- Click on No viewing rights. (This will remove the checkmark and let you make changes.)
- Check the appropriate checkboxes to establish how default users view this calendar.
|
 | |
| |
- Click on the Viewing Tasks tab. Check the appropriate checkboxes to establish how default users view any tasks associated with this calendar.
|
| |
- Click on the Scheduling tab.
|
| |
- This setting is particularly important for resources.
- If you wish to allow default users to reserve the resource (or to invite you to meetings), make sure there is a checkmark beside Can Invite You To Entries.
- If you don't want default users to be able to reserve the resource (or to invite you to meetings), make sure the checkbox is blank.
|
 | |
| |
- When you have all the access rights the way you want them, click on the OK button.
