Viewing an entry

  1. New entries (such as events) will appear in two places: your In-tray and in the "notes and events pane" at the bottom of your calendar (if you are in daily or weekly view).

  1. To get more information about an entry someone has sent you, double-click on it. This will bring up the View Entry window.

Keeping (or removing) an event

  1. With the View Entry window open, click on the Agenda tab.

  1. Choose what you want to do with the entry (Keep in Agenda, Remove from Agenda, or Decide later) by clicking on the appropriate selection. Your response will be visible to all other GUCalendar users who are invited to this event.

To see who else is attending

  1. With the View Entry window open, click on the General tab.

Checking for details

If the sender has included any additional information about the note or event (e.g., why it's being posted, what you should do about it) you'll find it under the Details tab.

Setting reminders

If you want to set a prompt to come up and remind you about this meeting, click on the Reminders tab. (This will bring up the Reminders window, see Setting reminders if you need help filling this in.)
