All agreements for goods and services must be reviewed by the UIS Contracts Manager prior to work beginning.
Note: Only the VP/CIO of UIS and the UIS Director of Finance and Administration (or designee) are authorized to sign contracts on behalf of UIS. DO NOT SIGN CONTRACTS YOURSELF
