You can answer the hint questions stored in Password Station to create a new password.

 . . . and you have not yet enrolled in Password Station?

          Contact the Georgetown University Service Center by going to help.georgetown.edu. They will assist you with your password reset.

 . . . and you are on campus?

You can request a password reset in person by bringing your GOCard or government-issued photo ID to one of the following locations during business hours:

• UIS walk-up Service Desk
• Law Center/Capitol Campus Information Systems Technology (IST) at McDonough Hall, Room 152
