About the UIS web site

A redesigned version of the University Information Services (UIS) web site was launched on July 22, 2003.

If you would like to report a problem with the UIS Web site, please fill out our report.

All of our Web site's visitors are welcome to use Georgetown University's online technical support documentation. However, we must warn you that the documentation was written for computers that are part of Georgetown University's computer systems. Hence, the documentation may not work for those who are using different software or systems.

Regretfully, University Information Services can only provide individualized assistance to members of the Georgetown University community.  If you are not a Georgetown student, faculty, or staff member, we suggest that you contact the manufacturer of your software or computer equipment for technical support. The manufacturer will better be able to diagnose and fix your problem.
